Refund Policy only applies to online purchases made through our website store of non-customized (un-branded) products. Customized or private labeled products are non-refundable and only valid for exchanges.
We will accept returns based on the following conditions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for damages. At the same time you will receive a notification that your returned item is received. Afterwards we will inform you either your refund request is approved or rejected.
In case of approval, then your refund will be processed, we will refund you the total amount charged for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Money will be placed back to your credit card or to the original payment method. Please note issuing refund may take a certain amount of days.

Private Labeled Products
Customized or private labeled products are made to your specifications, therefore, these items are non-refundable and only eligible for exchanges/replacements.
If your private labeled products arrive with any manufacturing defects please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Damages and defects will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We will arrange the best course of action according to the problem.
All clearance, sale and discounted items are FINAL. No exchange or refund under any circumstances will be accepted for these items.
